Chef Tse believes in supporting neighboring businesses as well as using locally sourced ingredients. His menus offer a wide range of regional products, such as sustainable seafood and fresh vegetables grown mere blocks away.
Born in the United Kingdom, Chef Tse moved to Toronto at a young age where he started to absorb the international cultures and global flavors of the city. Moving to BC to pursue his formal training, Chef Tse has worked for some of the city’s top hotels and restaurants. The last few years he has spent in Vancouver’s premium sports venue (BC Place Stadium), where he continues his passion for local and sustainable ingredients.
